To make gulab jamun first we have to make sugar syrup. For making a sugar syrup we have to take a 4 cups of sugar. To this add 4/1/2 cup of water and also add a keser and mix them well. Let it boil and cook for 20 minutes. In this we don't want any threat contentency in the syrup . it should become thick and it should not tast watery .then switch of the hit and keep it a side.
In saperate bowl take a 200gm gulab jamun powder packet which will be available in the market . Then take a two cups of gulab jamun powder to this slowely add warm milk. And mix it well. And leave this mixture for 15 minutes.
After a 15 minutes. Apply oil in your hands . Than take that dow and make a small bolls of it. Make sure that there are no creck in the bolls . otherwise they will not fry properly in the oil. For that reason press it first and than role it.
Than boil the oil in the pan and slowely add the bolls and deep fry them till it gets golden brown from all the sides . as you see that the bolls
Then warm the sugar syrup again and drop fried gulab jamun in the syrup . makae sure that sugar syrup is not too hot. Otherwise gulab jamun skin will pill off. And mix them well and leave them 30 to 40 minutes in the syrup. So that they can soak the syrup nicely . gulab jamun are ready to serve.
